6:10 pm – 7:00 Pm Health Disparities Forum on Violence reduction and linkage to Mental Health Services and Disparities Panel (Special Guest Speaker Dr. Emmett Price)

By attending the CEHSID Inc. event you will be showing your support for excellence in Health Education and the innovation of the CEHSID Inc initiative to provide Health education to over 60,000 men, women and children each year on Heart Attack, Stroke, Diabetes, Obesity, Prostate, Colon and Lung Cancer, Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Reentry, Post Prison and incarceration, domestic violence, violence reduction, access to health care, health insurance and financial literacy throughout the commonwealth of Massachusetts especially in the greater Boston Area.
